All care is delivered by trained staff and overseen by senior professionals. We prioritise dignity, respect, and communication in everything we do. Our team is trained in adult safeguarding and follows CQC standards.

We provide home care and respite accommodation services in England, and our assessment services are available nationwide across England, both in-person and remotely.

How quickly can an assessment be completed?

We offer flexible scheduling with priority availability for urgent cases. Turnaround times are typically 3–10 working days depending on the type of assessment.

Are your assessments legally compliant?

Yes. Our reports are:

  • Structured in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Care Act 2014, and DoLS framework
  • Completed by qualified, experienced professionals
  • Suitable for Court of Protection, safeguarding panels, and legal documentation

Can assessments be done remotely?

Yes. We offer virtual and in-person options across England to ensure accessibility, comfort, and flexibility for our clients.

What will I receive after the assessment?

You’ll receive a court-ready written report including:

  • The assessment rationale
  • Decision-specific capacity conclusions
  • Professional recommendations
